Meatloaf
KITs Meatloaf
1 pack of meatloaf seasoning
2 pounds of ground meat
1 cup of ketchup
1 egg
2 cups plain uncooked oats
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup BBQ sauce
Preheat the oven to 350. In a bowl mix together the meat, the seasoning, the egg, and both the ketchup and oats. Once all mixed together add about half of your meat mixture on the bottom of a loaf pan. Add half the BBQ sauce spreading it all over the top then adding half the sugar making sure to get the whole layer covered, then add the second half of the meat mixture and the rest of the BBQ sauce and sugar on top, making sure everything is covered and put into the oven for an hour and 15 mins.

Sloppy Joe's
Sloppy Joes

While the meat is cooking, heat up the sauce adding a Tablespoon of veggie seasoning to the sauce and stir, add half of the Sloppy Joes mix and stir. Once the meat is brown, drain it add to the sauce and pour over cooked pasta, top with cheese and enjoy.
Potato
We like our potatoes cut into smaller cubes and pan fired on medium to high heat to get them nice and crispy. Add the seasoning as they finish cooking, add and taste, then add more if needed. Remember you can always add but not take away.
Other ways to use
Add to mashed potatoes
Put on hash browns
Mix some into scrambled eggs
Sprinkle on grilled cheese
Mix potatoes with a little oil and seasoning before roasting.
Taco
This one is pretty simple, but delicious.
Cook two pounds of your favorite meat over medium heat until brown. When the meat is browned we add in one pack of our taco mix and stir. We let it simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes for it all to blend together, stirring occasionally.
This mix also goes well in scrambled eggs, season to taste, not the whole pack. It can also be mixed with sour cream for a great taco dip.
Chicken
Our chicken seasoning is great not only on chicken but also, grilled cheese, soup, turkey, fish and of course chicken salad.
We put our chicken in a bag and add 1 tablespoon of seasoning to marinate it. You can do it for a couple hours or overnight in the fridge. I put in the chicken and then the seasoning, close it up and shake it around to coat all the chicken. You can also sprinkle it on as it cooks if you like as well.
Hamburger
This is great on hamburgers but also hot dogs, meat sauce and popcorn.
We use a generous amount on both sides of the burger.
No Salt
No salt seasoning
This seasoning was inspired by our family, friends and customers who are watching their salt intake.

Ribs
Everyone likes their ribs cooked a certain way, as well as particular about their favorite sauce. So, I can tell you what we do.
I preheat the oven to 350. In a roasting pan place your ribs, take the pack of rub and cover the whole slab with it. I pour it on the middle of the slab then rub it all over. Sometimes if I have bacon I will lay bacon strips across the top of the rub before cooking. So good. I add 3 cups water to the pan and cook for 2 ½ to 3 hours till the meat just falls right off the bone. We like it like this. When it is nice weather I will put them on the grill for a few minutes after cooking to get a little char on them.
Sweet Heat
This blend is more sweet than heat. It starts off sweet and finishes with a nice smooth low-level heat.
